Before you begin, please complete this form to submit your artwork for a Phase I Estate Authentication & Market Review — the required first step before any William Verdult piece can be considered for formal certification.

• This submission will be reviewed by our team to assess whether the piece is a strong candidate to proceed.
• A nonrefundable $198 review fee is required after submission.
• If your piece is confirmed and you proceed to Phase II Formal Certification, returning Phase I clients receive our preferred Phase II rate.
• Submission does not guarantee certification.

Before you start, have ready:

• Clear images of the front, back, and signature of the artwork
• Any prior ownership documentation or past Certificates of Authenticity (optional, but helpful)
• Basic information about how and when the work was acquired
